How to Use:

Mix 1 cup of Multi Millet Dosa Mix with 1 cup of water (adjust consistency as needed).
Add salt and Let the batter ferment for 30-60 minutes for a softer texture.
Heat a pan and pour a ladle of batter, spreading it gently like a thick dosa.
Cook on medium flame until golden and crisp.
Flip and cook the other side if needed.
Serve hot with chutney, jaggery, or Kuuraii's pickle!
