Return & Refund Policy

 

1. Return Policy

Kuuraii does not accept returns on any products, except for bedsheets. Customers may request a return for bedsheets within 3-4 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. To initiate a return, please email support@kuuraii.com with your Order ID and reason for return within 3-4 days of delivery. All returned products will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Please note: International orders are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

 

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are applicable only if you receive a damaged or defective product; an unboxing video must be submitted within 24-48 hours of delivery, clearly showing the package being opened and the item's condition. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered at your discretion. The replacement will be dispatched only after the returned product passes the quality inspection.

Please note: International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully passed the quality check. Applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days. Kuuraii reserves the right to decline refunds if the product does not meet the stated return conditions.
Refunds are not applicable for international orders unless the product is verified as damaged or defective.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, an unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, clearly showing the package being opened and the condition of the item. Please email support@kuuraii.com with your Order ID, unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue. Upon verification, a replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund will be processed.
