Return, Refund & Exchange Policy 

At Kuuraii, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to assist you, provided the following guidelines are met.

A return or refund will be processed only if an unboxing video is shared. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened and should clearly capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits. The condition of the product must be visible and verifiable in the video. This helps us assess your claim fairly and transparently.

The unboxing video, along with your return or refund request, must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this window or without the required video will not be eligible for return or refund. We do not accept claims for damages caused by mishandling after delivery.

Exchanges are allowed in certain cases such as receiving a defective item, the wrong product, or the wrong size. An unboxing video is also mandatory for exchange requests and must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a suitable alternative.

To request a return, refund, or exchange, please email us at support@kuuraii.com with your order ID, the unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
