Disclaimer +
Do not place the vessel directly on the stove when it's empty. Always start with a slow flame and gradually increase the flame. Also, this product is handmade by our artisans, making each piece truly one of a kind. Therefore, slight variations in size/capacity may occur. The actual product may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.
Maintenance +
User guide for maintenance:
Unseasoned - Season your new cookware before use – here's how you can do it:
1. Begin by washing the vessel with water gently.
2. On Day 1, take a combination of castor oil and turmeric and spread it evenly over the entire surface, both inside and outside, and keep it out in the sun from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
3. On Days 2 and 3, put the vessel on a low flame and add 1000ml water, 50g toor dal, red chilies, garlic, turmeric, onion, fenugreek seeds, pepper, and cook until the dal is completely cooked. Drain out the contents and let the vessel cool naturally. Don't wash immediately to avoid cracks. Cook 250g of rice in 1000ml of water on a low flame (25%)
4. On Days 3 and 4, fill the cookware with 1000ml of water and add 250g of rice. Keep the flame at 25% and cook the rice thoroughly. Once the rice is done, discard after cooking, repeating the process two more times.
4. On Day 5, heat oil and add mustard seeds on a medium flame (50%) and let them pop. Repeat three times.
5. From Day 6 onwards, your utensils are completely seasoned and safe to use with a full flame (100%).

Pre-seasoned - No seasoning required, but the following steps are recommended before use:
Wash the vessel gently with water. Add starch water, boil it on low heat, and repeat the process for three days. This allows the vessel to more easily adapt to the heat of the stove. Please keep in mind that for more durable results, it is best to follow the seasoning methods of unseasoned cookware.

Cleaning Tips: Wash with warm water and a soft scrub. Avoid using harsh detergents as they can seep through the surface. Let it dry completely before storing.
