DUTIES & CLEARANCE
All duties and charges are to be paid by the customer.
When placing an order using our standard delivery service, you will be notified of any customs charges. As charges vary widely from country to country, we’re not able to predict what the amount will be. Kuuraii will assist and facilitate the clearance process.
You’ll be notified of any charges due on your parcel and you’ll be required to make the payment before the time given by the customs department. Upon receival of payment, your parcel will be released and shipped to your delivery address.
In case charges and duties are not paid in a timely manner, the carrier will automatically dispose of the parcel and we will unfortunately not be able to deliver your parcel. In such a case, no refund will be issued.
We're not able to reship a parcel that has been disposed, so you'll need to place a new order if you still want the items.
BIO-FERTILIZER RESTRICTION
Due to customs regulations, bio-fertilizers cannot be shipped to certain countries. If restricted, we'll refund within 10 business days.
DAIRY PRODUCT RESTRICTION
Dairy-based products cannot be shipped to the UK or Europe. If ordered, we'll provide a substitute or refund within 10 business days.
NUTS PRODUCT RESTRICTION
Nut-based products cannot be shipped to the UK. If ordered, a substitute will be provided or a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
