How to Place an Order on Kuuraii.com?

  1. Browse our website to find the items you would like to purchase. Choose the required quantity and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you can add multiple products to your cart).
  2. In your "Shopping Cart," you can either choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  3. To shop with us, you can either log in or create a kuuraii.com account or easily continue to checkout as a guest user.
  4. Once you have added the items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your name, contact & shipping details, select the shipping method, and finally make the payment
How will I receive My Order From Kuuraii?

We have partnered with top courier services like DHL, BlueDart, Delhivery, to ship all the orders with utmost care and shorter delivery lead time across the globe.

Can I Change My Address After Placing the Order?

No changes will be made once the order is dispatched (even if the order is shipped within 3 hours from the ordered time). If the address in the order is incorrect and the package gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to us, no replacement or refund will be provided.

How Will I get Confirmation that My Order is Placed Successfully ?

You will receive an email and WhatsApp message with order confirmation details. Our usual order dispatch time is 48 hours. Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email and WhatsApp within 12 hours of dispatch.

How do I Cancel My Order From Kuuraii.com ?

To cancel your order, follow these steps:

● Please contact our customer delight team by writing to support@kuuraii.com to cancel the order and receive a refund. All orders should be canceled within 3 hours from the time of ordering. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
● Cancellation requests should be initiated within 3 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be provided if we receive the request within this timeframe.
● Cancellations made after 3 hours will incur a 50% charge of the order value, as our makers may have already started preparing the items or we may have begun working on the packaging.

Does Kuuraii Accept Bulk Order ?

Yes, we do accept bulk orders for parties, corporate events, and gifting. Prices may vary depending on the products and quantity of your purchase. Kindly write to us at support@kuuraii.com with your requirements.

Payments

Are there any Hidden Charges ?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. All taxes are covered by kuuraii.com. You only pay the amount that you see in the order summary. Please note that there may be customs taxes for Canada and European countries, which are to be borne by the customers.

What should I do if my Payment Fails?

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, the amount is typically rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at support@kuuraii.com.

Refund Policy

To get a refund, you can contact us at support@kuuraii.com. If your refund request is accepted, we’ll initiate your refund within 48 hours. You can always reach out to us for any return questions at support@kuuraii.com. View our Refund & Return Policy.

When are you Eligible for a Refund/Replacement ?

● A refund or a replacement will be initiated if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. ● Requests for refunds and replacements should only be made via email to support@kuuraii.com and from the email address used to place the order. Requests received from an email address different from the one used to place the order will not be prioritized.

How to Get a Refund ?

● We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In cases of refunds due to damaged or spoiled items, the refund will be processed only after receiving photo or video proof. The request should be made within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
