Welcome to TIE. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
- Product Information
All TIE bags are carefully handcrafted and produced with attention to quality and detail. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of materials and craftsmanship. - Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation or COD verification where applicable. - Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of confirmation. Delivery timelines vary depending on location, and delays caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. - Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, a request must be sent to support@tiebags.in within 7 days of delivery.
In case of any damages, an unboxing video of the product, clearly showing the package opening and the condition of the handbag, must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order along with your return/refund request.
The handbag must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided. Refunds will be processed only after quality inspection of the returned product. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. - Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased on sale or under discounted offers are non-returnable, unless defective. - Damages & Defects
In case of any damages, an unboxing video of the product must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable. - Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and designs under TIE are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. - Liability
TIE is not liable for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care of handbags. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by third-party courier services. - Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Erode, Tamil Nadu.

Return & Exchange Policy – TIE
- Return Policy for Change of Mind
Customers may return products within 7 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with their purchase for any reason. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. To initiate a return, email support@tiebags.in within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and reason for return. Refunds will be processed after quality inspection. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. - Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective, an unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product, clearly showing the unboxing and condition of the item. Email support@tiebags.in with your Order ID, unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after verification. - General Conditions
All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation). Returned items will undergo a quality inspection to ensure eligibility. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an identical replacement is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered. Customized, personalized, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Policy – TIE
All purchases from TIE are shipped directly from our own warehouse. Our goal is to dispatch products within 2 business days from receipt of order and payment, depending on the delivery address. Deliveries are carried out by our own staff, third-party couriers or logistics companies, or postal services, usually between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Goods must be signed for upon delivery, and we take no responsibility for goods signed by anyone other than the person who placed the order at the address provided during checkout. Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, TIE is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are also not responsible for any damage to products after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery via email at support@tiebags.in or through the contact form on our website. Any shortage or damage should also be noted and signed on the proof-of-delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout, ensuring that customers are aware of the total charges before completing payment.
