Product information
Curd is widely consumed in all households, and endearingly so. It's a soul-soothing essential in Indian meals, especially during the scorching summer months. Our Curd Pot is the perfect vessel to set and store curd the way our grandparents did before packaged dairy products came into existence. Its porous surface works like magic, soaking up extra water to give you rich, thick, and irresistibly creamy curd every time. The pot is handcrafted from pure, natural Terracotta clay. It offers the perfect environment for the curd to ferment and stay fresh for the whole day. It naturally infuses the curd with essential minerals like calcium, iron and magnesium and would increase the nutritional value of the food. The naturally alkaline clay helps in balancing the acidity and preventing excessive sourness even in warm and humid climates.
Designed for comfortable everyday use at home.
It is selected for material honesty, everyday usefulness and its connection to South Indian home craft.

We try to keep product images close to the actual shade, but colour can vary slightly by lighting, screen brightness and the natural finish of the material.
How to clean the pot: 1. After every use, wash the lamp using mild soap and warm water, or by using salt or ash and a scouring pad. 2. Use no harsh detergents/soaps as it can only damage the porous surface. 3. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before packing away.
