The horizontal layers have an undeniable musical rhythm to them.This beautiful, multicoloured Pattamadai Pai is crafted with perfection using Korai grass found along the riverbanks of Thamirabarani and brought together by the skilled artisans of Pattamadai village. These mats are ultra soft, hypoallergenic, and pliable. It absorbs body heat through small holes in the korai, which naturally provides a cool surface for seating.It also gives relief to joint pain, back pain, and even allows a child to sleep on this mat without the risk of back issues. Additionally, it helps in blood circulation and regulation to all parts of our body.
