Crafted with fine-cut korai grass, found along the riverbanks of Thamirabarani, and woven with perfection by our skilled artisans of Pattamadai village. These mats are especially popular during weddings and other auspicious ceremonies, which gives them the name "Kalyana Pai", also known as "Wedding Mat".These mats are ultra soft and hypoallergenic. It absorbs body heat through small holes in it, which naturally provides a cool surface for seating. It also gives relief to joint pain, back pain, and even allows a child to sleep on this mat without the risk of back issues.
