Care
How to use: 1. Rinse and Clean: Wash the Pot properly under tap water to remove lingering dirt or dust. Gently scrub the insides using a coconut fiber scrub or any milk scrubber. Avoid using harsh detergents to preserve the natural ph of the clay. After scrubbing rinse the pot well once again and wash off any residual. 2. Soaking: Submerge the Pot entirely into a bucket filled with tap water. Let it soak for a da, before repeating the same step once again. Repeat this soaking process for 3 days. Change the water everyday. 3. Wash away residuals: On Day 4, remove the water and gently scrub the surface with your hands. Do not use detergents. Rinse the pot with water to clean it from any free residue. 4. Dry it entirely: Allow it to dry completely under sunlight. 5. Ready to use: Once dried well, the pot is ready to be filled with drinking water. Your clay pot is now conditioned for daily use, providing naturally cool water.

Overview

Description

Our Earthen Water Pot is a true example of the timeless, age-old tradition of how our ancestors understood the numerous cooling and purifying benefits of collecting and storing water in Earthen Pots. For centuries, it has been known to mankind that clay, with its porous, unglazed nature, allows water to stay cool and pure, naturally maintaining freshness without relying on refrigeration. The world needs this custom back - one that emphasises sustainability, health, and freshness. It helps reduce the reliance on refrigerating plastic bottles for naturally chilled water.
